一、KX-GS-VVP補(bǔ)償電纜特點(diǎn)及用途
補(bǔ)償電纜由一定數(shù)量的對絞式補(bǔ)償線對或屏蔽補(bǔ)償線對絞合成纜,然后包覆屏蔽層、護(hù)套、鎧裝層等。其中各補(bǔ)償線對的型號、規(guī)格、級別和結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸一般是相同的,當(dāng)有特殊要求時,亦可由不同的補(bǔ)償線對組成補(bǔ)償電纜。
補(bǔ)償線對均采用絞合型式,屏蔽層按材料可分為銅線或鍍錫銅線編織屏蔽、鋁塑復(fù)合帶繞包屏蔽、銅塑復(fù)合帶繞包屏蔽、銅帶繞包屏蔽,按結(jié)構(gòu)可分為“總屏蔽”和“分對屏蔽加總屏蔽”的型式,可根據(jù)防干擾的要求選用。
KX-GS-VVP補(bǔ)償電纜補(bǔ)償電纜用以延伸一定區(qū)域內(nèi)諸熱電偶的冷端與各顯示儀表連接構(gòu)成測溫系統(tǒng)。
本質(zhì)安全防爆測溫系統(tǒng)用熱電偶補(bǔ)償電纜是由多對本質(zhì)安全防爆測溫系統(tǒng)用補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線組合而成的電纜。其特征與本質(zhì)安全防爆系統(tǒng)用補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線相同。
本安補(bǔ)償電纜用于將多個防爆熱電偶冷端延伸一定距離與顯示儀表連接構(gòu)成本質(zhì)安全防爆測溫系統(tǒng)。
Ⅰ. Characteristics and application
It is stranded with a certain number of twisted extension wire pairs or shield extension wire pairs, covered with shield layers, sheathed and armoured layers. The type, specification, class and structure sizes of extension wire pairs are generally same. When a special requirement is given, the cable can also be formed by different extension wire pairs.
There are many kinds of shield for twisted extension wire pairs such as copper wire or tin plated copper wire braid shield, composite aluminium-plastic tapes wrap shield, composite copper-plastic tape wrapped shield, copper tapes shield, “general shield” and “sub plus general shield ”. It is possible to select the shield according to requirements of interference prevention.
Extension Cable is used to extend cold clamps of thermocouple and connects them with instruments, which forms temperature-testing system.
Extension Cable used in thermocouple for intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature testing system consists of multiple-pairs of extension wire. In that case, the characteristics of the cable are just the same as those of the wire used for intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature testing system.
Intrinsically safe extension cable extends cold clamps of explosion-proof thermocouple for a certain distance to connect instruments, which forms intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature-testing system.

三、使用特性:
1.電纜高長期工作溫度:
耐熱級:氟塑料200℃和260℃兩種;
普通級: 聚氯乙烯70℃和105℃兩種,交聯(lián)聚乙烯90℃,無鹵低煙阻燃聚烯烴70℃(交聯(lián)型90℃和125℃)。
2.電纜低環(huán)境溫度:
聚氯乙烯等絕緣和護(hù)套:固定敷設(shè)-40℃;非固定敷設(shè)-15℃;
氟塑料絕緣和護(hù)套:固定敷設(shè)-60℃;非固定敷設(shè)-20℃。
3.電纜安裝敷設(shè)溫度:
聚氯乙烯等護(hù)套電纜不低于0℃;
氟塑料護(hù)套電纜不低于-25℃。
4.電纜允許彎曲半徑:非鎧裝、聯(lián)鎖或編織鎧裝電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍;
銅帶屏蔽或鋼絲鋼帶纏繞鎧裝電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的12倍;
氟塑料絕緣和護(hù)套電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的8倍。
Ⅲ. Characteristics
1. The highest long-term operating temperature:
Heat-resistant class: Fluoroplastics 200℃ and 260℃ two types
General class: PVC 70℃ and 105℃ two types, Cross-linked polyethylene 90℃,
Halogen-free and low smoke flame-proof polyolefin 70℃,
Cross-linked polyethylene 90℃ or 125℃ two types。
2. The lowest environment temperature:
PVC insulation and sheath: Fixed deploying -40℃; non-fixed deploying -15℃.
Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: Fixed deploying -60℃; non-fixed deploying -20℃.
3. Mounting and deploying temperature
PVC sheath: Not lower than 0℃
Fluoroplastic sheath: Not lower than -25℃
4. Permitted bending radius
Permitted bending radius is not smaller than 6 times of outer diameter of the cable for the non-armoured,interlock or braid armoured one and 12 times for the copper tape shielded, steel wire winding or steel tape wrapping armoured one. Bending radius of fluoroplastics insulated and sheathed cable should not be smaller than 8 times of outer diameter of the cable.
